Invitation to the Eighth Annual Regional Convention of Neshei Ubnos Chabad - 1970

caption:
Chabad Chassidism was developed by Rabbi Schneur Zalman, who synthesized the penetrating warmth of Chassidism with intellectual study. The word "Chabad" refers to three aspects of Torah inquiry — wisdom, understanding, and knowledge.

The women's branch, Neshei Ubnos Chabad, is an international organization founded fifteen years ago under the inspiration and guidance of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson. At present, there are active groups in Australia, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Israel, Italy, Morocco, and most major cities in the United States.

Educating Jewish mothers and daughters in knowledge and understanding of the Torah and its percepts — thereby enabling them to maintain high spiritual ideals in a modern world — is the prime purpose of Neshei Ubnos Chabad.
